A passage of light finds the body of a man standing in a church. His face is illuminated, his eyes are closed and the hallow grounds around him are encased in shadow. Kissed by the warmth of the sun, he glows like a moon in the dark. A great calm emanates from the composition of this piece. The work is silent and reminiscent of a Rembrandt.
